The Wellness Center approach to better health includes healthy habits which maximize the body's own inherent healing abilities. We believe that true health comes from within and is the result of maintaining a healthy body: this includes proper nutrition, exercise, rest, relaxation and a positive state of mind. The programs we offer to achieve your wellness include chiropractic, acupuncture, active release therapy, an infrared sauna, yoga and tai chi classes, an indoor climbing wall and a full herbal pharmacy.
Charlotte has a keen interest in preventative medicine including yoga, energy work, healthy diet and lifestyle. She is a hiking enthusiast and loves to get out in nature in order to stay grounded. She is excited to support the Lake Tahoe Wellness Center on an administrative level while offering her yoga expertise. On any given weekend, you will find Dr. Lily mountain biking in the backcountry of Tahoe, hiking with Mark Kuehne, her husband, and her two dogs, or shredding the slopes at Northstar.
