At Hands-On Chiropractic, Inc., we utilize a variety of tools and techniques allowing each patient to receive a customized treatment plan. Dr. Parker opened Hands-On Chiropractic, Inc. in October of 2000. After attending McDonald County High School in Anderson, Missouri, Dr. Parker attended pharmacy school. She continued her education and earned her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Missouri Southern State College in Joplin, Missouri.
She then received a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology, as well as her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. In addition she taught Microbiology and Nutrition on the college level after graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College. She is currently licensed to perform chiropractic and acupuncture in the State of Arkansas.
Dr. Parker uses the following techniques in her practice: Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop, Activator, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cox-Flexion. Chiropractic is based on the idea of removing imbalances both structural and postural in an effort to allow our body to heal itself.
