She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in molecular biology and integrative physiology from University of Colorado Boulder. She achieved her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree in 2019 from Sherman College of Chiropractic, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She maintained executive board positions for the Torque Release Technique and the Network Spinal club, and she carries official certification in both techniques.
