Brigette Bowler, D.C. earned a B.A. and teaching certification from Rutgers University in 1983 and served as Chairman for the Board of NJ Public Interest Research Group. Following graduation, she taught Eighth Grade Science in a NJ public school. In 1985 she entered Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina where she created a coalition of students that reinstituted the course work for the Blair technique, a specialized upper cervical chiropractic technique.
She was awarded her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1988. Dr. Bowler established Essential Chiropractic in Ferndale, MI which has been caring for families in a subluxation based chiropractic model and has served three generations. Her cash practice has grown on word of mouth to more than 12,000 patients in 25 years.
She attributes her personal and professional success to her sense of integrity and being able to enrich the lives of others by minimizing the need for office visits through effective chiropractic adjustment called Hole-in-One (HIO) and maximizing philosophical education.
