I have been in practice serving families for over 25 years. My experiences have provided me with the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients and conditions be it auto, work, sports injuries etc. I have cared for patients from newborn to 103 years of age. As a father of nine children I understand how good health relates to a happy family.
My mission is to restore health through natural chiropractic care, allowing my patients to live their lives to the fullest. At the spinal level, your muscles support your nervous system by creating joint stability. Muscle Activation is an awesome way find pain relief and to get muscles working again. Muscles often become weak and painful usually due to trauma, injury or repeated use over time.
When that happens, a protective reflex is triggered in the muscle forcing surrounding muscles to work harder to help out. This is called "muscle adaptation" and is why pain often comes & goes. Over time the adapting muscles become weakened as well. Unfortunately, it's often the adapting muscles that get treated leaving the muscle(s) at the root of the problem unaddressed.
