Dr. Brockman grew up in a small, south central Nebraska town. He never had much exposure to chiropractic until after his graduation from the Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1979. He had earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wesleyan, but was uncertain of his next step. He became reacquainted with a college friend who had recently graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic and was practicing in Beatrice.
