I called at noon to set up an appointment and asked for pricing they said they didn't have that information! How can u not have pricing information when calling a chiropractor! Well it's 5 pm and never heard back so I called them again and now I was told they didn't have any appointment for Saturday and still no pricing information! Unbelievable this place is a joke!
Very bad customer service never called me back! I am a 22 year old college student who has struggled with lower back pain my entire life. I chose Balance because of the stellar reviews, and I can honestly say that they were spot on!
