Dr. Chad Wells was born and raised in Indiana, PA. He received his Bachelors Degree in Natural Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he also competed in NCAA Division II baseball.
Dr. Chad went on to graduate Cum Lade with his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis Missouri. Dr. Chad began chiropractic care at the age of eight years old.
