In this busy world of family, friends, church, work and other time consuming 'responsibilities, ' it can get increasingly difficult to take the time to care for our own health. We know the importance of protecting and maintaining our health, yet we seem to shift this 'number one priority' in leiu of everything else going on in our sometimes hectic lives.
Taking care of our health is not unlike taking care of our car. Proper routine maintenance will not only keep us running more efficiently and effectively, but will also prevent more serious and expensive problems down the road. If given what it needs, the body has the ability to heal itself. We take a huge gamble when we put our health last on the 'things to do' list.
If we continually ignore the fact that we were created with only one body, there will come a time when we won't be able to rely on advanced medicine to 'fix us.' Dr. Mann started her studies as a chiropractic technologist after suffering an injury which was successfully treated with chiropractic care.
